The heart of the sessions are always based on a home coming. Coming back to your body with deeper connection through the tools of embodiment, somatic techniques, breathwork and meditations.

The Rewilding Circles are an invitation to reconnect to the ALTAR of the body
We experience our lives through the lens of our past experiences. Meaning that the level of safety, love and connection we received growing up, is the lens through which we experience everything else in our lives.
As little ones, we didn't have the capacity or capability to look after ourselves and therefore the safety, love and connection we received was mostly provided by the caregivers.
If the little ones we carry around with us don't feel safe, we will also experience not feeling safe. The relationship we have with our inner child is the most important relationship of our lives because they govern how regulated we feel, our capabilities and how we witness the world.
The beauty and importance of this type of energy work, is to create new levels of safety and connection with the body. To experience liberation from dysfunctional behaviour and live a life of boundless freedom.

What to expect
in session...
Embodiment Practice
Embodiment means moving with presence. Begin to cultivate presence in the body and translate emotions to movement to liberate how you feel. Embodiment allows the body the freedom of expression to free up stored emotions. Sessions that include guided free movement are blindfolded for privacy.
Creative Sensory Work
There are elements of sight, sound, touch, taste & smell to create a full sensory experience with the aim of igniting more aliveness in the body and cultivating a richer relationship with life.
Breathwork
We use the breath as the anchor for all sessions. Using a variety of gentle breathwork to create stillness, regulate and presence in the body.
Somatic Techniques
Somatic translates to 'of the body'. In session we focus on healing the relationship to the body through sensations. These body-based healing practices release stored tension and regulate your inner world.
Meditation/Visualisation
Based on the theme of the month, you will be lead through a deeply restorative meditation to ground you into your body after the movement practice. The meditations are to open your mind to new possibilities and also stimulate restful creativity.
Ceremonial
Some months welcome a more ceremonial approach with palo santo cleansing, drum ceremonies & chanting. Voice activation ignites the vagus nerve and the parasympathetic nervous system to regulate the body.
FAQ
What would I need to bring to the session?

Just yourself! Everything else will be provided at the session like blankets, pillows etc.

​Can i make requests if i found a particular ritual helpful?
​
Absolutely! Request away. I will always try and accommodate the practices that are resonating with attendees.
Do I need to have prior experience or knowledge?
​
Absolutely not, there is no experience required and sometimes it's more fun to attend a session having no expectations of what to expect.
​
Do I have to wear the blindfold in session?
​
The blindfolds are for your privacy and everyone else attending. If wearing the blindfold creates an unease in your body, you are welcome to simply shut your eyes instead.
Are there option if I do not want to participate in something?
​
Everything in the session is an invitation, nothing is obligatory. If you feel that something I offer or suggest in a practice doesn't feel aligned with you, please tell me and I will accommodate you. Your safety and ease is my priority.

Is there an option to have 1:1 session?
​
Yes, I do provide 1:1 Somatic zoom sessions. They are a beautiful way to go deeper into inner transformational work and healing. Feel free to book a free 30 min connection call with me. Link is in my IG bio.
